Sketches

Sitting on a bench in a park, riding the train down to Manhattan, in his studio or anywhere at all, Mort Meskin would open up his sketchbook and record what he saw.  He loved the outdoors, the trees, the forests, a winding trail through the woods.  Dad especially liked sketching the people he saw around him.  He was endlessly fascinated by the many body types and faces.
